Business Analyst - ALIP or FAST (New Delhi)

As a skilled Business Analyst with 4 to 10 years of experience in ALIP or FAST, coupled with extensive knowledge of the insurance domain, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your role will involve conducting thorough analysis of business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and designing effective solutions within the insurance domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs. - Utilizing ALIP or FAST knowledge to design and implement effective solutions within the insurance domain. - Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions. - Developing and maintaining project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows. - Working closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. - Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and assisting in the training of end-users. - Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders on status and risks. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency. Mandatory Skills: - Strong knowledge of ALIP or FAST. - In-depth understanding of the insurance domain, including products, processes, and regulations. - Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. - Knowledge of project management principles. - Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
