Shift timing: Geneal shift (working hours as per bank)
Total 7 years, with minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
1. Experience in Retail Banking (Housing Loans, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, etc.)
2. Expertise in areas such as Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Lifecycle Mapping, Process Mapping for Customer Onboarding, and Customer Experience (CX) Mapping. .
