Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst Life Sciences & Salesforce with strong experience in business analysis, CRM processes, and the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, commercial teams, sales, marketing, and technology teams to gather requirements, optimize CRM processes, and support Salesforce-driven digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Support implementation, enhancement, and adoption of Salesforce CRM solutions. Work with Sales Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and/or Health Cloud environments. Analyze and map business processes across sales, marketing, commercial operations, and customer engagement. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance CRM efficiency and user adoption. Work closely with IT, commercial operations, sales, marketing, analytics, and other cross-functional teams. Analyze business and CRM data to generate actionable insights for commercial decision-making. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce and BI tools. Participate in UAT, test planning, defect tracking, validation, and business sign-off activities. Support CRM data governance, data quality, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in change management, user training, stakeholder communication, and Salesforce adoption activities. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement prioritization. Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are correctly implemented. Support post-implementation activities, issue resolution, and continuous enhancement of CRM solutions.
Mandatory Skills
38 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Consulting Analyst. Strong experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotechnology / Medical Devices / Healthcare domain. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM , preferably Sales Cloud. Strong understanding of sales operations, commercial processes, customer engagement, and CRM workflows . Excellent experience in requirements gathering and business process mapping . Ability to create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria . Experience in UAT, defect management, and solution validation . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Candidates must be currently based in Gurgaon/Gurugram . .
