Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate should have exposure to AI/GenAI solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams.
- Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release activities.
- Support Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve business processes.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Figma.
- Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports Dashboards, and Flow Automation.
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Einstein AI, ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering, and AI-driven business process automation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare domains.
- Exposure to Veeva CRM/Vault and AI-powered business transformation initiatives.
