Number of Positions: : 2 Primary Skills: : DOCUMENTATION,GENERAL INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE Job Description: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, use cases, and business process flows Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions Prepare and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and support Technical Specification Document (TSD) preparation with the technical team. Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, impact analysis, and define business rules, workflows, and product configurations. Support end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement validation, system configuration, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support. Work on system integrations by defining interface requirements, API specifications, data mapping, and integration workflows with internal and external systems Ensure complete requirement traceability, documentation quality, change management, and timely business sign-offs throughout the project lifecycle Provide General Insurance domain expertise, mentor junior Business Analysts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery .
