Business Analyst UAT (Financial Reporting)

Lead UAT for Financial Reporting projects and changes. Prepare UAT plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and schedules. Coordinate testing with Finance, Reporting, Data, Change, and Technology teams. Manage test execution, defects, issue tracking, and business sign-off. Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Ensure proper data validation, reconciliation, controls, and governance. Strong experience in UAT, Test Management, or Business Testing in Financial Services. Experience in Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, or Reporting Change. Good knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and business validation. Strong stakeholder management, communication, governance, and delivery skills. Experience working in complex and regulated financial environments .
