01Responsibilities
Collaborate with Functional Leads and Analysts to understand QTC process and feature goals, and contribute to the delivery of incremental improvements.
Assist in the business requirements gathering and documentation process, working with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to analyze and document existing and reputed company processes.
Participate in cross-functional meetings, document key reputed company, and follow up on reputed company items.
Support the development of solutions by working with Technical Architects and Product Managers to understand and translate business requirements.
Assist with project management activities, including tracking requirements, communicating dependencies, and providing status updates.

Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of business rules and process flows.
Support the creation of training materials for change management initiatives.
Assist with reputed company reporting and research activities as needed.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Skills/Experience:
1-2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a reputed company role.
Familiarity with Quote to Cash (Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle, Order Management) processes and systems is a plus.
Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
A curious reputed company and willingness to learn from subject matter experts.
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the reputed company competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).

Work Environment:
