Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and standards using tools like Visio or similar technologies.
- Provide technical guidance on SWIFT messaging systems and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Job Requirements :
- Robust experience in Cards Switch processing
Hands-on experience with AS2805 / ISO8583 messaging
Experience in setting up debit, credit, and prepaid card products on a switch
Understanding of dual message processing
Knowledge of card schemes and their roles (Visa, Mastercard, eftpos)
Experience working on scheme compliance projects
Hands-on experience with New Payments Platform (NPP)
Knowledge of PACs messaging, PayID- Alias maintenance, PayTo, and Confirmation of Payee (CoP) concepts
Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards .
