Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate
with stakeholders (product teams, operations, IT) to document business
requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Analyze workflows, processes, and pain points in wealth management operations (onboarding, transactions, reporting, compliance).
Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT/development teams.
Wealth Product Expertise:
Deep understanding of mutual funds (AMFI regulations), equities, fixed income, bonds, and alternative investments.
Familiarity with RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agent) platforms, BSE STAR MF, and exchange interfaces (NSE/BSE).
Knowledge of portfolio management systems (PMS), brokerage platforms, or wealth tech tools.
Process Improvement & Solutions:
Identify gaps in existing systems (e.g., transaction processing, client reporting) and propose scalable solutions.
Work with IT to design/optimize interfaces between internal systems and external platforms (RTAs, custodians).
Support UAT, defect tracking, and post-implementation validation. .
