Location: Kolkata (Initial 6-8 months, followed by relocation to any major company location as per business requirements) Experience: 3-8 Years Salary: 20-24 LPA Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst + Project Management (BA/PM) qualified to drive business transformation initiatives through effective business analysis, stakeholder management, and project execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing Target Operating Models (TOM), optimizing business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Design and enhance Target Operating Models (TOM), including people, processes, governance, service models, and controls.
Partner with Product, Technology, Transformation, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams to define project scope, priorities, dependencies, and implementation plans.
Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end business processes and customer journeys while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Support business transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving change.
Provide business architecture inputs to governance forums and ensure alignment with architecture standards and best practices.
Maintain decision traceability and promote reusable business architecture patterns across projects.
Manage stakeholders effectively and ensure smooth coordination between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong Analytical, Communication, and Presentation Skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience working in consulting, financial services, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
