01Requirements
Fresh graduates from IITs, IIMs, BITS Pilani, SRCC, St. Stephen's, NITs, or other Tier-1 institutes,
MBA graduates from Tier-2 business schools with prior Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Growth, or Business Operations internship experience.
02 years of experience (Freshers with exceptional internships are encouraged to apply).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and business metrics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple high-priority projects.
High ownership mindset with a bias for action.
Curiosity to learn, execute, and build in a fast-paced startup environment. .
