01Key Responsibilities
1) Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
2) Conduct requirement workshops, training, and process-mapping sessions.
3) Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
4) Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
5) Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Compliance teams.
6) Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization opportunities.
7) Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
8) Define acceptance criteria and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
9) Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
10) Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and company policies.
11) Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals.
Required Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2) 0-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, Loan origination and loan management systems, Insurance, or Financial Services.
3) Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
4) Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
5) Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
6) Knowledge of payment systems, digital banking, lending platforms, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.
7) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8) Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
