ambitious sales lead who wants to win new markets, build marquee brand relationships,
and grow into national leadership.

Your Role - Build. Win. Scale.
As India Sales Lead, you will be responsible for creating new business momentum and
unlocking highvalue client partnerships.
You will operate at the frontline of growth - opening doors, influencing decisionmakers,
shaping deals and closing revenue.
What You Will Drive
Identify and convert new opportunities across Retail, FMCG, D2C, BFSI, Technology,
Pharma, Lifestyle and Media sectors
Build strategic relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Leaders and Digital
stakeholders
Own the complete sales lifecycle-pipeline creation to deal closure
Craft intelligent outreach strategies using LinkedIn, networks and industry events
Partner with creative and strategy teams to design winning proposals
Represent AIM in the market as a confident brand ambassador
Contribute insights to shape India market expansion strategy
