Hiring: Business Development Associate Manager (BDAM) NPS Channel | Life Insurance

We are hiring Business Development Associate Managers (BDAM) for a leading Life Insurance Company.

Locations:

- Bangalore
- Mysore
- Mangalore

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI is mandatory.
- Experience in the Life Insurance industry is required.
- Last CTC: Up to 4 LPA (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive NPS business through assigned branches/channels.
- Acquire new NPS customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and channel partners.
- Conduct customer meetings and provide NPS product guidance.
- Ensure timely documentation and smooth onboarding of customers.
- Track sales performance and submit regular business reports.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
