We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Academic Counsellors to join our growing team. If you're passionate about education, sales, and helping students achieve their goals, we'd love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel parents and students about BrightCHAMPS' learning programs.
Conduct virtual consultations and recommend suitable courses based on student needs.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counselling and relationship building.
Follow up with prospective parents to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update the CRM.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
01 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong English communication skills.
Willingness to work in the US Shift (10:00 PM 7:00 AM).
Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for working from home.
Compensation: 460,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year
