Business Development Associate

We are hiring Business Development Associates (TeleSales Executives) who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

The role involves promoting Ayurvedic healthcare products, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to promote and sell Ayurvedic healthcare products.
Explain product features and health benefits to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements

6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Experience in Healthcare, FMCG, Wellness, or Ayurvedic products will be preferred.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Educational Qualification

12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream)
