Business Development Manager (For Branding & Marketing Agency)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who has previously worked with a branding, creative, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands how branding and marketing agencies operate, how agency services are sold, and how to identify, nurture, and close high-value clients.
If your experience is primarily in software sales, technology products, telecom, insurance, banking, or unrelated industries, this role is not the right fit.
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Build relationships with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
Understand client challenges and recommend branding and marketing solutions.
Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
Negotiate contracts and close current business opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Required Experience
Minimum 3+ years of business development or sales experience in a branding, creative, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of branding, website development, digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and related agency services.
Experience handling B2B clients and consulting-based sales.
Comfortable working independently and managing the complete sales cycle.
