Job Title: Business Development Executive Digital Marketing Location: Bhopal (M.P.) Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site Working Hours: Monday Saturday | 10:00 AM 6:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in independently generating leads, building a sales pipeline, engaging with decision-makers, and successfully converting prospects into long-term clients. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will own the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding and deal closure. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting and multiple lead generation channels.Build and manage your own sales pipeline independently without relying solely on company-generated leads.Reach out to business owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the strategy team.Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with internal teams during project initiation.Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR Achievement of monthly revenue and business development targets.Number of qualified B2B leads generated independently.Sales pipeline creation and management.Qualified client meetings scheduled with decision-makers.Lead-to-client conversion rate.Successful client acquisition and onboarding.Follow-up consistency and timely movement of opportunities through the sales funnel.CRM updates and sales reporting accuracy.Client retention and upselling performance. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.Experience in selling Digital Marketing Services, including SEO, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, or related marketing solutions.Proven ability to independently generate leads through multiple prospecting channels.Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship management.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred Background Candidates with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Marketing Services, IT Services, or SaaS Sales will be preferred. Important note Freshers are not eligible.This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on business development and sales execution.Candidates seeking managerial or team-handling roles may not be the right fit.Prior experience in Digital Marketing Agency or Marketing Services sales will be given preference. .
