Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with prospective clients through networking, referrals, market research, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand buyer needs and match them with suitable property offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-12 years of experience in business development, real estate sales, or luxury customer service.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
- Knowledge of the luxury real estate market will be an added advantage.
