Role Overview
We are hiring confident and energetic Business Development Executives to support lead generation, client meetings, and sales conversion. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and willingness to travel across India.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outreach campaigns.
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Build strong client relationships and support closure activities.
Travel Pan-India for client meetings and business opportunities (as required).
Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
23 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
Excellent communication skills and confident personality.
Presentable, professional, and client-facing approach.
Willingness to travel Pan-India when required.
Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred (Nice To Have)
Experience in events, advertising, marketing agencies, or hospitality sales.
Knowledge of corporate event sales cycle. .
