Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Research target companies and identify decision-makers such as CFOs, CEOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and Practice Owners.
Pitch KPO/outsourcing solutions based on client requirements and business needs.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and business discussions with prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, commercial presentations, and quotations in coordination with internal teams.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Track opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities through CRM/tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging outsourcing opportunities.
Attend international networking events, webinars, conferences, and business meetings when required.
