Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telecaller E-commerce to handle customer/vendor calls, generate leads, onboard sellers, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, vendors, and sellers.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve basic customer/vendor queries.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
- Explain company products, services, and business benefits.
- Onboard new sellers/vendors and assist them with registration.
- Maintain customer and lead details in CRM/records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer handling.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or E-commerce.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or vendor onboarding preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and confident communication skills.
