Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to international customers/clients
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
Identify business opportunities and potential customers
Pitch products/services and handle customer objections
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Cold Calling / International Voice / Sales
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Good objection-handling and customer relationship skills
Comfortable working in international shifts
