Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing IT sales team. The role involves selling B2B software subscription solutions, identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and driving the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales activities.
- Connect with business clients to understand their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective customers.
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Subscription Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust understanding of inside sales.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Compensation: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
