Business Development Executive Corporate Training & BFSI Partnerships

ICCBFSI is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive corporate training opportunities and build strong partnerships across the BFSI ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance companies and other financial institutions Reach out to HR, L&D, Training Heads and senior decision-makers Present and promote ICCBFSI corporate training and professional development programmes Generate qualified leads and convert them into training assignments Prepare proposals, presentations and customised training solutions based on client requirements Coordinate meetings, discussions, programme schedules and institutional follow-ups Build long-term relationships with corporate and banking partners Explore collaboration opportunities with colleges, universities and professional institutions Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, proposals and conversions Support corporate campaigns, events, webinars and industry outreach initiatives Work closely with trainers, subject-matter experts and programme teams for successful delivery Gather market intelligence and identify emerging BFSI training requirements Preferred Profile Graduate / MBA preferred Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Interest or experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Training, BFSI, EdTech or Professional Education Comfortable speaking with HR, L&D teams and senior corporate professionals Ability to independently generate leads and follow up consistently Knowledge of Banking, Finance, FinTech, Compliance, Cybersecurity or professional certification markets will be an advantage Who Can Apply Freshers with excellent communication and business development ability, as well as experienced professionals from BFSI, Corporate Training, Education, EdTech, Recruitment, Consulting or B2B Sales, are welcome to apply.
