About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business prospects, build robust client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the organization. Experienced candidates with relevant business development/sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
Actively participate in and help organize business events, promotions, and networking activities.
Pitch products/services effectively to prospective clients and partners.
Meet and exceed assigned business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Required Skills & Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
Robust willingness to engage in field work, events, and client meetings.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Qualifications
MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
Prior experience in business development/sales will be an added advantage.
