Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Act as the primary interface between customers and Accuramech, ensuring seamless communication and effective handling of customer requirements
• Prepare and submit sales quotations accurately and within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Sales and Quality teams to support planned production output and achieve on-time delivery targets.
• Monitor monthly sales plans and track the status of parts under manufacturing.
• Resolve order-related issues promptly to ensure timely customer service and share inventory status with customers whenever required.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, collect feedback and coordinate the resolution of customer queries.
• Calculate, monitor and report On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance.
• Monitor customer enquiries and ensure timely, professional responses.
• Maintain the enquiry register and analyse enquiry reports to track status, conversion and pending actions.
• Create sales orders in the system and promptly acknowledge receipt of customer orders.
• Update and monitor relevant sales and customer-service information on Microsoft Teams.

Sales & Business Development

• Facilitate effective coordination and communication among internal support functions.
• Follow up on opportunities and enquiries to convert them into confirmed business.
• Organise and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and other business-promotion events.
• Plan and conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and share market intelligence, including customer, competitor and industry developments.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, sales forecasts and budgets.

Marketing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan based on customer insights to strengthen the Accuramech brand across customer segments.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website management and engagement across relevant social-media platforms.
• Create online and offline marketing content, including brochures, collaterals, e-mailers and presentations.
• Design and implement web campaigns to communicate new products, parts, capabilities and company updates.
• Prepare and circulate newsletters to customers at planned intervals.
• Regularly update the company LinkedIn page with relevant, accurate and engaging content.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings with existing and prospective customers, including scheduling and follow-up actions.

Software Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of SAP will be preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor organisational insurance policies related to products, as applicable.
• Promote awareness of and compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements in line with company and Group best practices.
• Ensure adherence to applicable company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintain ISO-controlled documents and support document-control requirements.
