Business Development Executive | 3+ Years B2C Sales Experience Required

Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead engagement, qualification, consultation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closures. Connect with prospective customers and understand their financial goals, investment mindset, and requirements. Conduct discovery calls and provide consultative guidance to help customers make informed decisions. Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into qualified sales outcomes. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. Develop strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey. Work closely with leadership and internal teams to achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets. Maintain CRM hygiene and track customer interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2C Sales. Proven experience in industries such as EdTech, Real Estate, HealthTech, IT Services, SaaS, Consulting, Financial Services, or similar consumer-facing sales environments. Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and conversion targets. Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills. Experience handling high-ticket sales, premium customers, or relationship-driven sales cycles. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement abilities. Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. .
