Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates.
Required Qualifications
- Any 12th pass & Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BBM, MBA Marketing preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, E-commerce, Retail, or Customer Engagement is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
