We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our SheConnect initiative and help Chartered Accountants discover powerful tax compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition and achieve sales targets.
Generate business through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face client visits.
Conduct a minimum of 2 client meetings every week.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable tax software solutions.
Coordinate with product experts whenever technical assistance is required.
Maintain customer relationships and convert prospects into customers.
Update daily sales activities in CRM.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
Share regular sales reports with the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
Target-oriented with a proactive attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Software sales experience is preferred
Direct sales experience is an advantage
Work Details
Working Hours: 11:30 AM 6:30 PM (7 hours including 1-hour break)
Remote work with client visits
Laptop and stable internet connection required
Mandatory online training (45 days)
Visit to Jaipur Head Office once every 6 months (710 days)
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline
Resident of Mumbai
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Willing to travel locally for client meetings
Compensation: 360,000.00 - 420,000.00 per year
