About the Role
Muthoot Finance Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Interns to support the Personal Loan Cross Sell team. This internship offers hands-on experience in banking and financial services, customer engagement, sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers and generate leads for Personal Loan cross-selling
- Explain loan products, features, and eligibility criteria to customers
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Follow up with prospective customers to complete the sales process
- Coordinate with branch teams for document collection and loan processing
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize cross-selling opportunities
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc or any Graduate)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location, if required

Stipend
- Months 1-6: 12,500 per month
- Months 7-12: 18,000 per month
Career Progression
Successful interns who demonstrate strong performance during the internship will be considered for the role of Sales Executive Personal Loan Cross Sell.
CTC after On-Role Conversion: 3.0 LPA (as per company policy)
