01Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead engagement, qualification, consultation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closures.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their financial goals, investment mindset, and requirements.
- Conduct discovery calls and provide consultative guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into qualified sales outcomes.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Work closely with leadership and internal teams to achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track customer interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics.
02Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2C Sales.
- Proven experience in industries such as EdTech, Real Estate, HealthTech, IT Services, SaaS, Consulting, Financial Services, or similar consumer-facing sales environments.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and conversion targets.
- Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling high-ticket sales, premium customers, or relationship-driven sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. .
