Business Development Executive / Manager (Commercial Interior Fit-Out)

Position: Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager Department: Business Development Location: Pune Experience: 38 Years Industry: Commercial Interior Fit-Out / Corporate Real Estate Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in Commercial Interior Fit-Out and/or Corporate Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and securing commercial interior fit-out projects across Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities in the Commercial Interior Fit-Out and Corporate Real Estate sectors. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, PMCs, developers, consultants, corporate real estate firms, and channel partners. Identify upcoming commercial office, IT park, industrial, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use development projects. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations to acquire new projects. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, Procurement, and Project teams for successful project acquisition. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual business targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities. Update CRM with lead status, client interactions, and business opportunities. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 38 years of Business Development experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out and/or Corporate Real Estate. Strong network with corporate clients, developers, architects, PMCs, consultants, IPCs, and corporate real estate professionals. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Good understanding of commercial leasing, workplace solutions, interior fit-out projects, BOQs, and tendering processes. Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage. Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for client meetings and business development activities. Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are highly preferred.
