Business Development Executive US Insurance BPO

We are initiating the formation of a dedicated Business Development Team to support the growth of our Insurance BPO (KPO) business. Please begin sourcing candidates for the position below with immediate effect. Please maintain a pipeline of at least 15-20 qualified candidate profiles each week for our review until all positions are filled. We will review candidate profiles on an ongoing basis as they become available.
Position: Business Development Executive US Insurance BPO
Experience
- 38 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in the US Insurance BPO industry.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, prospecting, lead management, business development, client relationship management, and opportunity development.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in engaging with US-based clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to build rapport with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and schedule qualified meetings with prospective clients
Preferred Background
- Experience selling BPO, KPO, Insurance, IT, SaaS, or other qualified services will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to US Insurance BPO operations and services
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Willingness to work in the US shift hours.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- MBA will be an added advantage
