Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online research.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, and solutions to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for customer requirements and queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation.
Maintain customer and lead data and provide regular sales MIS reports.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
0- 3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of technical products/solutions.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.
