Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Conduct prospecting through calls, messages, emails, and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert them into clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
Provide regular updates on lead status and business development activities
Requirements
Any Graduate qualification.
23 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
Candidates within the specified age range are preferred
