Job Description: Business Development Manager(BDM)

Graduate in any discipline
MBA (Marketing) preferred

Experience
3-6 years in Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire new hospitals, healthcare organizations, and corporate clients.
Generate business.
Build relationships with HR Managers and Hospital Administrators.
Conduct client meetings and field visits.
Lead, mentor, and manage the BDE team.
Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures.
Maintain CRM (Zoho) records and sales reports.
Travel across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and other locations (Upto 60%.
