01Responsibilities
Actively promote ASSA ABLOY Electromechanical and Electronic access control (EAC) products and solutions in system integration channel. Support channel partners to promote and sell ASSA ABLOY electro-mechanical (EM) and electronic access control (EAC) products and solutions in a team selling environment. Develop plans for increasing Elmech and EAC sales in territory in conjunction with distributor and system integrators team. Certify system integrators sales, installation and support capabilities through formal hands-on product training which also includes ongoing assessment and development of their skills to ensure ability to properly represent and promote ASSA ABLOY product portfolio Specification of ASSA ABLOYs product portfolio in large project by engaging MEP consultant, architects and contractors by successfully presenting the concept, technical details and feasibility study. Act as an interface between customer and factory to provide the customised product as per requirement and should thrive to constantly improve the product and processes. Ability to get repeated business from existing customers; and provide commercial, marketing and strategic support to the existing accounts. Work constantly to acquire new Clients, retain as well as expand the scope of existing clients. Plan and implement lead generation activities through various means and develop new contacts. Handle pilot/mock ups of products and educating the key stakeholders on technical aspects. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of Electronic Access Control domain Should be a self-starter and should be able to shoulder responsibilities at critical times. Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with channel partner, end customer and internal departments Educational Qualification and Experience: Graduate Engineer with specialization in Computer/Electronics MBA from reputed institute would be an added advantage Minimum of 8 years experience with Electronic Access Control or Electronic Locks or ELV Industry We are the ASSA ABLOY Group Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
