- Meet monthly sourcing targets and contribute to team goals. Track performance metrics and report progress regularly.
- Maintain excellent relationship with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring good customer experience - Prompt solution, accurate information, addressing queries etc.
Have a good understanding of the Credit card offering, features, benefits and usage guidelines (detail training will be provided)
Use customer reference and network to close deals
- Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
