Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: 3-month contract Work Mode: Remote About JanSoft Global JanSoft Global is an IT Consulting and Staffing company providing Technology Recruitment, AI Solutions, Cloud Consulting, and Software Development services. We help businesses find technology talent and implement digital solutions. We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager who can take ownership of lead generation, client outreach, and building new business opportunities.
Role Responsibilities - Research and identify potential clients for IT staffing, recruitment, software development, AI, and cloud consulting services.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and online research.Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, founders, and technology decision-makers.Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with potential customers.Introduce JanSoft Global services and build long-term client relationships.Maintain lead information and sales activities in CRM.Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities from initial contact to closure.Support marketing activities such as LinkedIn outreach and business networking.
Requirements - Experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Services, Staffing, Recruitment, or Consulting is preferred.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting.Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth activities.Good research skills and understanding of B2B sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with IT companies, staffing firms, or technology services.
Existing network of business contacts is a plus.Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn RPS Business Development module is preferred. .
