01Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and acquire customers for Gold Loans and CASA accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Meet sales targets and achieve business goals
- Conduct financial analysis and creditworthiness assessments
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
02Requirements
- 1-5 years of sales experience in Gold Loan, CASA Sales, or banking/finance sales
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing circumstances
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Finance, Business, or related fields)
