Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities, leads, and potential clients.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitors.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and business partners.Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, quotations, and business presentations.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and client requirements.Attend client meetings, pre-bid meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.Follow up with prospective clients and support the sales process until deal closure.Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals, and business activities.Support management in developing strategies for business growth.Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.Good client relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and business documentation.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred.Freshers with strong communication and business development skills may also apply.Compensation: 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
