Business Development Representative (BDR) India
Location: India (Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai preferred)

Why this role matters
This is not just a BDR role.
Its the entry point into enterprise technology sales, with a clear path into Account Executive roles.
Youll be part of building pipeline across one of the fastest-growing regions in cybersecurity, working with global teams and learning how enterprise deals are qualified, shaped and won.
What youll do
Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Book qualified meetings with IT and security stakeholders
Build and execute multi-channel outbound cadences
Conduct initial qualification and discovery to assess opportunity potential
Research accounts and personalise outreach based on industry and business drivers
Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and Partners on target accounts
Maintain activity and pipeline in Salesforce
Qualifications
What were looking for
12 years in BDR/SDR, outbound sales, or inside sales (SaaS preferred)
Experience working towards pipeline or meeting targets
Mindset
