01Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads through Zoom consultations to understand their personality concerns.Conduct personalized consultations to recommend suitable program plans.Nurture leads through empathy-driven conversations and consistent follow-ups.Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets through effective consultative sales.Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Additional Role Details:
This is a Zoom callbased role, and candidates will be required to take 56 video calls per day, working 6 days a week from home.All leads and Zoom call schedules will be provided by the company.Candidates must be presentable and professional on video calls, as this is a premium client-facing role.Strong English communication skills (spoken) are mandatory.
Incentives & Performance Structure:
Incentives are performance-based and can be earned after the 6th successful sale.There is no upper limit on incentives, and candidates can continue earning incentives on every additional sale thereafter, based on performance.Complete training and onboarding will be provided.
