Business Development Manager / Specialist / Revenue Lead -US Healthcare (Mandatory)
Walkin - 04 August to 07 August - Timing : 5:30PM to 7:30PM.
Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development professional with strong experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing to drive lead generation and new client acquisition for our physician billing services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business leads for US-based physician/medical billing & RCM services
Conduct outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to US healthcare prospects
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
Build strong relationships with US-based physician groups and clinics
Work closely with operations/RCM delivery teams for smooth client onboarding
Meet monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
4+years years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation in US Healthcare RCM or Medical Billing (mandatory)
Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, payer landscape, and RCM lifecycle
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Comfortable working in US shift (night shift, IST)
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho)
Immediate joiners or those who can join within a week, preferred
Must be based in Chennai
