Business Executive - Farm Equipment (Tractor) Loan

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for tractor and farm equipment loans. Build and maintain strong partnerships with tractor dealers, manufacturers, and sub-dealers in rural and semi-urban areas to secure referrals and drive business. Conduct regular, proactive site visits to farmers and potential customers to identify needs, present financing options, and generate new business leads. Guide customers through the loan application process, collect necessary documentation, analyze creditworthiness, and ensure smooth, timely disbursements. Stay informed about agricultural industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust sales tactics. Monitor repayment activities, follow up on early delinquency cases, and assist with post-disbursement document (PDD) management.
