Role & responsibilities
Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis.
Responsible for all the Refinance business activities.
To tie up & co-ordinate with local organized sector Dealers & Brokers / DSAs for Refinance business development and maintain good rapport with all.
Assisting ABM in achieving business targets of refinance vertical .
Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines for Refinance business are strictly adhered to.
Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all Refinance cases To Ensure 100 % CD collection To arrange and actively participate Sales Promotion Activities
Timely reporting to ABM when required
Maintaining smooth relationship with all outlets of dealers, brokers and with DSA
