Sr. Business Finance Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Finance Executive with 35 years of experience to support business finance, financial planning, statutory compliance, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in accounting and tax reconciliations, and the ability to provide meaningful financial insights that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and business performance dashboards.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key business metrics.
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.
Analyze client-wise revenue, travel spend, vendor costs, and operational profitability.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
Perform GST and TDS reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
Coordinate statutory compliance activities and support GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
Reconcile vendor, customer, and ledger balances to ensure financial accuracy.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Accounts teams for seamless financial reporting.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist during statutory and internal audits.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
Required Skills
35 years of experience in Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
Hands-on experience in GST and TDS reconciliation is mandatory.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Financial Functions, etc.).
Experience with ERP/accounting software; hands-on experience with Zoho Books will be a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights. What We're Looking For
