The title is Business Head. We deliberately chose that over fancy C-suite titles.
Because this is a role for a doer.
So, what will you actually be doing Youll be running a growing, multi-showroom furniture business.
And when we say running, we mean it.
This is a physical, brick-and-mortar business. Experiential retail. Real showrooms. Real customers. Real teams.
Currently, the business has showrooms in Thane, Pune and Surat, with Andheri West coming soon.
Over the next year, there are plans for new showroom launches and franchise partnerships.
Youll be responsible for bringing all of this together operations, sales, marketing, people and business performance.
Youll work directly with the 23 founding investors who have shaped the growth strategy.
Theyre young, hands-on and, importantly, willing to give the right person trust, authority and room to prove themselves.
The capital and infrastructure are taken care of.
Your job is to unlock the value.
Think of it as an intrapreneurial role with the stability of a job and the ownership of running a business.
Who are we looking for Someone with 7+ years of relevant experience who has already demonstrated that they can take ownership and lead.
Your background could be corporate. Or entrepreneurial.
You could have:
Built and run your own business
Managed a franchise
Run a bank branch
Led a large team
Managed a retail or showroom business
Handled multiple functions across sales, operations and marketing
Taken responsibility for a business unit or P&L
Your designation matters less to us than what youve actually owned and delivered.

There is scope for the compensation to increase after the first year, based on performance and the value you create.
One more thing.The business is based in Wagle Estate, Thane, and the first showroom is there too.
So if youre reasonably close to Thane, thats a definite plus.
