Develop and manage strong relationships with insurance companies for product onboarding, commercial negotiations, and business growth.
Lead and mentor the sales, business development, and partnership teams to achieve organizational goals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels to accelerate growth.
Drive digital insurance initiatives and work closely with the technology team to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, company policies, and internal governance standards.
Represent the organization in meetings with insurers, regulators, strategic partners, and key corporate clients. .
